Ventura Santa Teresa

Perfekte Lage am Anfang von Santa Teresa, viele Möglichkeiten für Shopping, Cafe, Yoga.... 5Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Zimmer absolut gut, einfach aber sauber und alles was man braucht.. Sehr freundlicher Empfang!

Pool ist sehr klein und liegt meistens im Schatten, keine Liegemöglichkeiten. Strasse am Morgen etwas laut

My stay at Ventura was great. It is a little oasis of quietness, located right on the main street, two minutes walking distance from Playa Carmen, where surfing is great and the beach is lovely. Shops, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets are minutes away. The pool is clean and refreshing in the warmest hours, the whole place is really clean, staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and reception hours went from early morning til late evening. I would absolutely return.

I was not too happy about the room initially, but the staff supported constantly in finding solutions and eventually got offered free breakfast and a free upgrade to the suit with private terrace, which was absolutely amazing!

My two friends and I stayed at Ventura and had an incredible experience. The location was ideal, rooms clean and comfortable, and staff so pleasant and accommodating. We felt so at home and came back again at the end of our trip! I highly recommend

Good location that’s close to the beach and restaurants. Breakfast options were great too!

It was very loud as it’s on the main road but most of the hotels and restaurants are the same as there’s only one road in and out of Santa Teresa.

Super accueil à l écoute de nos demandes , la chambre était confortable spacieuse et propre avec une deco sympa. Vous avez des planches de surf à disposition , l’hôtel est dans le centre à 2 pas de la plage à pied.

Le fait d être dans le centre du coup on entend un peu la route , et quelques soucis de pression d eau à la douche quand vous êtes à l étage mais solutionnée rapidement’ par l’équipe au top.
