Nice outside and area

Beds weren’t clean, room wasn’t exterminated and had roaches in the bathroom constantly. We had to evacuate the room and called the support to get a refund. Couldn’t even sleep a night here at all

Liked the location and the space we had in our unit.

Needs a few repairs and some remotes weren't working.

It was a lot of cockroaches in the room. The bed linen had stains on it. We told the manager but nothing happened and we left to another hotel instead. I have paid for 6 nights but we only stayed 1 night. We did not get any refund or respond from the manager.

Great location, great value for the price we got

The room could have been cleaner. We had to air it out for a few hours to eliminate the smell.

This app made check in and check out easy. Beach it 10 mins away walking.

Blinds were cheap, door was really hard to open and close. Shower pressure was weak. Does not look like the pictures. Duck tape on the bed frame. We had to put all our laundry in a bag or we got charge for that….

The management is understanding

The property had bedbugs . I do a check at any hotel I stay at and thank god I checked before bringing luggage in . Everything checked out until I got to the bed . It was infested . I quickly got management on the phone and they gave me a full refund . And I went and stayed at ocean courts which is a very relaxing hotel

The property was clean. Rooms are exactly as described and pictured. The bed was super comfortable. Location is great.

Definitely need more pillows. Smoke alarm kept going off all night in our room. Disconnected it from wall but could not open it to get battery out. Need better lighting in room.
