Great experience with the front desk agent on May 31 8:30 PM. My second time returning to this hotel.

I had an outstanding stay at AKA in West Palm Beach. The property is beautiful, modern, exceptionally clean, and perfectly located. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and valued. A special thank you to Bradley at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. His exceptional customer service truly stood out and made a great stay even better. The accommodations were comfortable and well-appointed, and every aspect of the hotel reflected attention to detail and quality. I do not want to overlook our stay at this hotel. While celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary, my wife and I decided to spend two nights at AKA West Palm Beach on our way back home. We reserved a room after reading positive reviews from other travelers and chose to stay here. Upon arrival, we were assigned a room that did not have a very pleasant view, and my wife felt a bit uncomfortable. I decided to go to the front desk and explain what we were hoping for. We were assisted by the manager, Bradley, who was extremely professional, attentive, and courteous above all else. Taking our anniversary into consideration, he kindly offered us an upgrade at a very thoughtful rate, which we gladly accepted. We truly appreciate his kindness and excellent customer service. Overall, I believe choosing this hotel was a wonderful decision. It is beautiful, cozy, well located, and has an incredible staff. Thank you, Bradley.
