The man at the front desk I don’t know if he was the owner or an employee was very rude and asked about the credentials of my Service Dog. It says on my card that I carry with me at all times for stupid people that they cannot ask these questions. It is obvious that he is a Service Dog that in itself was enough not to stay in the hotel then as we were still standing at the counter, a man walked down the stairs from the elevator, saying that his room was full of cockroaches, and he would not want to stay. There was demanding a refund. We walked out, knowing that I would refuse payment. Anyone that has any sense at all knows better than to ask about a Service Dog. They are allowed to ask me what the Service Dog performs and that is.

I would Not stay there again, way too much night activity. Loud and yelling and not so nice people around .
