Terra vista chalet Fails at the Basics: Clean Bed & Quiet Room The bed linens and pillowcases had clearly not been changed after the previous guest, and despite the cold weather there was no duvet provided. To keep warm, you have to wrap yourself in the filthy bed cover. About the issue, our messages to the hotel staff went unanswered. The noise situation was beyond imagination. Every possible source of disturbance seemed to be present, and instead of being absorbed, the sounds were somehow amplified within the room, making it impossible to rest. At the very least, one expects a hot shower and a clean bed to ensure a restful sleep. This property fails even at these most basic expectations. And for a room priced at $290 per night (reservation being made 4 months ago and at shoulder season), such conditions are simply unacceptable

Loved thus place, done really well and really nice hosts It was a great place to base out of two part two hike in the Olympic national park.

Nothing, very disappointed with everything

Location is very difficult to find in the evening, the bed no comfort（just a throw covered on the bed), and no front desk and any help in the house at all.when we got into the room we found they don’t have comfort on on the bed, then we called the number they showed in the messages and lobby, but no answer at all.My husband and I had to sleep with my sweaters and long pants because it is cold in the night. An other reason because the throw and the sheet on the bed look dirty, we don’t want to touch them.
