Main bed was extremely soft and uncomfortable Some of the cookware in the kitchen was old and broken

Great location. Awesome drying room and warm rooms.

Would have been great had the shared kitchen had an oven.

Good cabin and good location,view is amazing. Staffs were friendly and helpful.

Bed was not comfortable,bed shrinking and need to be changed definitely worn out,got terribly back pain the next day from sleeping on it.

Staffs are really friendly and helpful, food was nice at the restaurant. Had a great stay there.

I was really genuinely impressed with the staff, particularly front reception and FOH / kitchen couple. The location was affordable and close to snow fields.

My only suggestion is that the new dining room could be clearer across all platforms. We probably would have spent more time there rather than bringing our own food!
