امام الفندق سوبرماركت يعمل 24 ساعة الاطلالة كانت جيدة الفندق نظيف ودافئ

الطريق الى الفندق صحراوي وغير معبد امام الفندق مجموعة كلاب مزعجة تنبح طول الوقت بجانب المكان كان اعمال حفر تصدر اصوات مزعجة لايوجد لديهم احد يساعد في حمل الامتعة للغرف في الاستقبال لا احد يتحدث الانجليزية بشكل جيد الافطار غير متنوع لايوجد شطاف بالحمام

"Georgie and Anna made the difference."

Let's start with the service, which was excellent. At the reception there was a lovely girl named Anna who answered all our questions and concerns, and in the dining room there was a very charming guy named Georgi, who made our meal enjoyable with good music, food, and excellent service. The rooms were spacious and warm and had a large balcony.

We came off-season and the hotel was relatively empty and there was no problem parking the car in the upper parking lot, but when we asked about the underground parking, there was a demand for payment, which is a shame. In terms of hot water in the shower, you have to wait a while between showers until it heats up.

Чистый и просторный номер, прекрасный вид из окна на лес. Были в холодный сезон, номер очень хорошо отапливается. Вкусный завтрак. Отличное расположение: в пешей доступности подъёмник и горнолыжная трасса Кохта. Отзывчивый и дружелюбный персонал. Очень быстро реагировали на запросы. Пребывание превзошло наши ожидания. Есть детская комната и игровая с настольным теннисом и PS.

Отличный современный комплекс апартаментов. В номере есть кухонные принадлежности, стиральная машина и сушилка. Отличный вид на горы с балкона. Рядом есть продуктовые магазины. Мы останавливались в межсезонье, гостей было немного, поэтому завтрак был по меню. Всё было очень вкусно и разнообразно. Хочу отметить готовность персонала отеля сделать проживание максимально комфортным.

На самом деле, проживание комфортным сделал работник отеля Георгий! Обычный номер, ничего. ВАУ особого в виде нет, особенно за те деньги, что просят за номер. Душ чуть течет Но Георгий превзошел все ожидания по обслуживанию! Везде бы такой персонал!
