clean spacious and the owner operator is very friendly

none of the breakfast restaurants were open in town. not the property owners fault- just lazy townfolk.

We arrived at 6:15pm and the property was closed and our room was locked. Owner/manager Brenda did not return our calls for help to access our room. we had to drive another hour that night to find a place to stay. The days following the fiasco, she refused to refund our money saying “WE” did not cancel 7 days in advance as required. She also continued to confuse us with another guest who had “boat problems” and had to leave early. Finally she offered a “credit” toward future stay which is unacceptable because we would never do business with a property that did not fulfill their end of the arrangement the first time. while

The area was quiet and very pretty, right on the lake.
