Freundliches Personal, gute Lage für Fähre bzw. Busbahnhof.

Sehr alt und abgenutzt. Zimmer wirkte überhaupt nicht sauber. Boden hatte überall Flecken und das Badezimmer war auch nicht sauber.

Large comfortable bed. Windows on 2 sides so very light and open. Breakfast was ok but minimal choices.

Lack of amenities in bathroom. Would like them to provide body wash not hard soap. Aircon swing did not work so had to manually move the flaps so not blowing directly on the bed.

Buffet breakfast and the cleanliness of the room amd even common areas.

First and foremost, I would like to commend the management for doing an excellent job in training their staff. Everyone was professional and handled guests exceptionally well. The food selection from their à la carte menu is worth mentioning, especially the baby back ribs topped with blueberry sauce paired with homemade mashed potatoes, as well as their pork sisig — absolutely delicious. The room was super clean and spotless, with a stunning view that made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s location is very accessible, easy to get around, and feels safe, with a police officer on standby. What impressed me the most was the service — truly five-star quality. You can genuinely feel the dedication and professionalism of the staff. I highly recommend this hotel because of its accessibility, reasonable pricing, and the exceptional five-star service it provides. Kudos to the management for training their staff so well. I was truly impressed and will definitely recommend this hotel to others. I’m also looking forward to staying longer here in the future. Good job, and see you soon! Joseph :)

Staff was nice

No maintendence at all. Nothing worked. Remote, toilet, aircon. Breakfast was old cold eggs, very green when peeled. Really sad breakfast.
