- Excellent customer service (they have been sending me messages in Booking app to confirm my needs; they upgraded me to a Family Room due to unavailability of the original room that I booked; the Technician fixed our toilet flush issue right away. We did not wait that long) - Excellent breakfast buffet - Comfortable and clean rooms - Reasonable price. Value for money - Proximity to malls, restaurants

- Right beside the main road (if you are sensitive to sound of cars and tire screeches, not an ideal place for you). -The toilet flush did not work initially. Good thing the technician managed to solve the issue (apparently, the cleaner forgot to turn on the toilet flush). - The CR's door has a gap. You can see what the person is doing inside the cr.

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The service from the staff was excellent—everyone was respectful, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Housekeeping maintained top-notch cleanliness throughout my visit, which I truly appreciated. The location was very convenient, making it easy to get around. On top of that, the restaurant offered reasonably priced meals without compromising quality. A special mention to the team at the Rabbit Hole Restaurant—Mr. Dave Caayon, Mr. EDC Enriquez, and Mr. Joshua Bemasas—for their outstanding service and warm hospitality. The chefs also did an excellent job, delivering consistently delicious dishes. With the leadership of Mr. Bryan Gerali, the hotel is well organized and consistently delivers excellent service to its guests. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience, and I’d happily stay here again.
