ITC Narmada, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Ahmedabad

It was a truly pleasant stay at ITC Narmada. The overall experience was wonderful, and the hospitality stood out. A special mention to Simran, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. It was my son’s birthday, and she thoughtfully arranged a cake and beautiful room decorations, which made the celebration even more special. We had a great time celebrating together as a family. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I would highly recommend the hotel.

I recently stayed at ITC Narmada for a day last week, and I would like to take a moment to sincerely appreciate the excellent support and guidance provided by the gym and swimming pool trainer, Mr. Ankur. During my stay, I had the opportunity to use both the fitness center and swimming pool facilities, and Mr. Ankur stood out for his professionalism, friendly approach, and dedication to ensuring guests have a safe and enjoyable experience. He took the time to patiently guide us through the proper use of gym equipment, shared useful fitness tips, and ensured that we maintained the right techniques during our workout sessions. At the swimming pool as well, his attentive supervision, clear instructions, and helpful attitude made us feel comfortable and confident, especially while practicing and improving our skills. His positive attitude, willingness to help, and strong knowledge in both fitness and swimming truly enhanced our overall experience at the hotel. Such committed and well-trained staff members make a significant difference in guest satisfaction, and Mr. Ankur is definitely an asset to the team. I would also like to appreciate the well-maintained facilities, cleanliness, and overall ambiance of the gym and pool area, which made our time there very pleasant. Thank you to the team at ITC Narmada and especially Mr. Ankur for making our stay memorable — I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent fitness and recreational support.

Our stay was fantastic. They were (Prerna from Reception desk) very welcoming and made sure that everything is alright upon our arrival. cleanliness is on-par. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit again. Our room number was 1920, Satyam from housekeeping did a fantastic job to make our stay memorable.
