員工們服務非常好，即便不是所有人都能說英語，但還是會盡力提供最好的服務。飯店內設施及選品店都很棒，更有私人海灘，非常愜意。房間的風景非常棒。club lounge 所提供的服務和飲食也頗具水準。床很大很舒服。適合帶小孩。

整個旅館位在比較偏僻的南方，附近沒有易達的商店或餐廳，晚餐建議先訂好旅館內的餐廳，或提早自行準備。旅館的餐廳非常熱門，我們入住當天全數客滿，餐廳也不提供外帶。旅館竟然也沒有 room service 服務，險些晚上餓肚子。另外也沒有三溫暖澡堂，以高級日本度假飯店來說有點美中不足。最後，如果是下雨天的話，館內的設施和活動都略嫌不足。

Spacious room (twin deluxe) with gorgeous views of the water. Exceptionally clean and surprisingly quiet despite the resort being very busy! Also the breakfast buffet was great- definitely worth experiencing!

Pillows were way too soft ( bed was fine but soft pillows meant i didn't sleep well) The gym only opened at 8am (would have preferred it to be opened earlier) and beach 'usage time' is restricted to 9 to 6.... Felt a bit restrictive for a holiday ( though appreciate its likely for safety reasons)
