Het ontwerp van het hotel was leuk omdat het niet een recht gebouw was. Het hotel was goed onderhouden en zag er redelijk nieuw uit. Het ontbijt en buffet waren prima wat betreft prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Het personeel was vriendelijk, echter de professionaliteit zou wat beter kunnen. Bijvoorbeeld als je naar een tafel loopt om drankjes op te nemen, kom dan niet alleen met je tablet, maar zorg bv dat je een wijn/ drankkaart bij je hebt zodat mensen kunnen zien wat ze kunnen kiezen en wat het kost.

Door de opzet van het gebouw had je heel veel inkijk in zowel je kamer als op je balkon. Privacy is ver te zoeken wanneer de balkons of terrassen direct aan elkaar grenzen met een muur van 1 meter ertussen. Door deze opzet en omdat er op balkons en terrassen gerookt mocht worden zaten we regelmatig in de stank van het terras onder ons. Met name deze punten maken dat het hotel niet aan de verwachting voldeed en dat we hier zeker niet meer terugkomen. Wanneer je dit geen probleem vind, kan je hier prima verblijven.

Un bel établissement : belle piscine et belle petite plage. Personnel très sympa Buffet pour pdj et dîners très complets

J’aurai aimé un peu plus d’intimité pour notre chambre qui donnait sur la piscine. Ainsi que des rideaux occultants ( mais vraiment pour être très pointilleux) car la prestation est de très bon niveau. Ferma est un village sans charme …

Emplacement à côté des lieux animés (nombreux restaurants, bars, magasins...) surtout le soir tout en étant au calme. Petit déjeuner satisfaisant, offre variée et renouvelée. Plats locaux. Petite plage accessible à proximité.

La gestione è familiare ma la professionalità è da grande albergo, la struttura a misura d’uomo, piacevole e funzionale L’accoglienza a Creta è in genere cordiale ma qui lo è di più Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo Il personale è gentilissimo (a partire dalla proprietaria, signora Demetra). Hanno fatto veramente più di quanto sarebbe stato immaginabile per aiutarci a risolvere piccoli problemi (non dipendenti da loro) e per rendere il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile.

Le tende oscuranti non oscurano al 100%
