Butterfly Valley Beach Glamping

Si vous voulez un endroit full nature en bord de mer c’est l’endroit idéal, on mange très bien, les gens sont très gentils. Ils proposent des activités tous les jours. Il y a des bateaux qui arrivent entre 11h30 et 15h mais sinon tout le reste de la journée on est tranquille

There is good and bad at this location. Be prepared and you will enjoy yourself! 1. THEY CHARGE EXTRA FOR EVERYTHING WITHOUT TELLING YOU!! BE WARNED!! They will hold your passport hostage till you pay their extra charges. Bring your own scanned photocopy to give them. I was charged 150TL($5CAD) for a single cup of self serve, dehydrated coffee in an espresso sized cup. 2. Bring a water filter to filter tap water. Bottled is an extra charge. 3. The beach, tents and dinner are excellent and clean. Really enjoyed it. There was even an A/C unit in our tent. Very nice. 4. Location is a bit hard to get to. Shuttle boat from Oludinez beach is the best way, the booth location is near the steps to the beach, beside the main paved road T intersection coming into town. About 50m away there is a set of steps onto the beach. Booth has a red umbrella and is set apart from the other tours. The location it leaves from changes depending on wave action. 4. The property offers you breakfast and supper for a fee. The breakfast is mediocre, the supper is top notch. The supper alone is worth the money! Best we had in Turkey! 5. The Pirate ship tours bring a 1000 people for a few hours a day. When they leave it's peaceful. You'll love your time on this beach, and the sound of waves. 6. The restaurant turns into a loud night club til midnight or 1am. Bring ear plugs. 7. Go to the Migros and BYO lunch of bread/fruit/jam. Their lunch is very expensive.

you need someone to set the organization and rules for you. otherwise you will soon be completely without guests. the price is too high for what you offer. there are no guests because you respect volunteers more than guests who pay a lot for their stay. at this time the valley should be full of guests not volunteers who avoid work all day. not all of them.. but too many of them are completely redundant. I have been involved in organization for 30 years and I see too many mistakes here to be able to do business successfully in the long term

There was enough food for breakfast. However, we guests watched the food from a distance and watched flies grazing on the food. There was no difference in service between 8:00 and 8:30, except for the wait. We felt like fools when there were just too many staff around eating better food than we got. There are far too many excursion boats visiting the bay every day. They pollute the water so much that it is not pleasant to swim in the sea.

Stunning location relaxed and chilled

The ablution area was not good the only reason I didn’t rate it a 10. They really need upgrading this is very important when you have to share facilities. Cleanliness is important they were also tiny and perhaps there could be more considering you have staff using them as well.

Beautiful location, with the most amazing sunsets

The glamping tent was as in the pictures, as expected, only some small misunderstanding at the beginning for the payment, they wanted to charge 50eur more for smth, not clear what and when I insisted amd showed the booking, they agreed, but the welcome feeling is that one needs to pay attention to whatever detail - half board included, breakfast included, etc. There are free sunbeds available for those that overnight in glamping.

Toilets, at the reception you have to pay 15tl, there is a free toilet, 5 min walking, but the recommendation was the paid one. The beach is not so nice, the sand and pebbles are burning during the day, there are big rocks in the water and its steep. There are not only the large boats with tourists coming, but private yachts and small water taxis with noisy people that are not really making you comfortable, not respecting the boundaries. No butterflies are seen, only marketing.

We understand it is supposed to be a camping/ glamping but the toilets could be better

The bed was comfortable. There was a fan inside the tent, which kept us cool during hot weathers. Food was very good and value for money. Location was Amazing.

I thought there would be activities for children but there was none. It’s difficult to keep a child entertained for 2 days.
