We loved the property, it’s very well planned, breakfast was great and the views pretty stunning. We got the “Valle” experience.

The room was too close to the parking lot and it smelled like sewage, pretty disappointing. The receptionist told us that the smell is common in the valley, but that’s not true. I’ve stayed many times at other places and this was the first time it happened to me. It was disappointing and disgusting to be honest, it removed the whole magic of staying there. Also, when I told her about this the next day (we could do anything when it happened because the reception was closed) she wasn’t surprised and she clearly knew the room had that problem. Traveling from far away to have an experience like this is the worst. The curtains are not completely covering the glass walls, so privacy was another issue. The bathroom in the room has close to no privacy and the shower head didn’t work. Lovely place but won’t be staying there again. You are warned!

I stayed with 3 of my friends here for the first time and we all loved the place. Our room was well equipped and clean. Very calm & quiet. The road to get there is clean but bumpy but just like anywhere else around valle. I would definitely book again.

Quedarte en una habitación literal con el viñedo rodeándote fue maravilloso, la ubicación nos permitió apreciar el atardecer y el amanecer . Además la habitación que elegimos con jacuzzi con una vista del cielo lleno de estrellas ,fue lo máximo . La ubicación te permite recorrer en cortas distancias de entre 18 y 35 mins varias de las casas /viñedos de la zona Visitamos Casa Frida , Monte Xanic , Vena Cava , E incluso Bar Bura Sin duda súper recomendados . Muy bien que incluyan el desayuno , cuando hay tanto por hacer ya te ayudaron con la planeación del día ,y están muy ricos . La atención del personal en todo momento a tiempo , Evelyn además de la excelente atención me ayudó a coordinar un detalle de cumpleaños y salió perfecto.

The property is very nice and well-kept, and it is a delight inside and outside the room. It's in a great location. I’ll be coming back to this location next time I’m here.
