Very nice stay. Hot water, wifi and a lot of space available. Very close to the city. Quite surrounding. Host was very welcoming too. Absolut recommended!

Large apartment with a washing machine and reverse-cycle air conditioner in both the bedroom and lounge room.

The host was not very accommodating. Despite advising when we would be arriving, no one was at the property, nor any lights on and it was difficult to find. The host didn’t help us with our luggage and there are two flights of stairs to get up. In addition, there were some weird rules such as forbidding particular foods and no shoes allowed to be stored inside. The furniture wasn’t very comfortable and there are roosters next door crowing at the early hours of the morning.

Loved the area. Easy car parking right on the street and very close to Myra Ancient City.

It was a little outside the town

Very spacious 1 bedroom penthouse 402, consisting of one large living room with open space kitchen and one big bedroom, a huge terrace with an amazing city view, clean and fresh towels, bedsheets and trash bags/bins, everything is new in the apartment, since the building itself is brand new, lovely and comfortable furniture (bed, couch, dining table, chairs), each room is equipped with AC, that kept us cool during the hot and humid weather, we also used the washing machine and we had a dedicated Wi-Fi network on our floor, with excellent signal strength and a D/U speed of Mbps D 46.5/ U 47.5. A 4-story building, 2 apartments per floor, sharing one wall (where the living room and bathroom are) no elevator, but we enjoyed taking the stairs every day, we took it as a bonus for doing exercise. No proper parking, but we managed to park our car safely and for free in front of the entrance and we were happy about it. The closest beaches and landmarks were 5 min away by car. Communication with the owner Mikail was excellent, he was very prompt and effective in any given situation, before and during our stay. The owner even helped us with information about the best places to visit and eat at within/around the area. Mikail welcomed us at 2 am late at night and made us feel comfortable during our stay. We had a 1-week stay at Bilginer Apart. Thank you Mikail.

Despite the fact that we rented out a last floor apartment, bearing in mind that we won't be bothered by lower floor(s) neighbors, we were actually wrong, because the quality of the building is not top-notch, there is no soundproofing and acoustic treatment implemented to the walls/ceilings/floors and so we could hear how children were running and jumping inside the apartments 2 floors down and also how people in the entire building slammed doors. At some point we could hear neighbors speaking loud downstairs or when they entered an online meeting. That was quite annoying. The first few days were perfect and quiet, but after more clients checked in, then we realized the low quality of the construction. If the building quality would improve and the walls and ceilings/floors would be soundproofed, then we would definitely come back for an extended stay at Mikail's building.

Spacious, clean and reasonably well equipped. Slightly on the outskirts of Demre, so there is a bit of driving/walking to the sea, shops and restaurants. On the other hand there is no traffic and you can enjoy a quiet evening on the terrace.

Genial! El departamento es nuevo y está impecable. Equipado con todo lo que se necesita. Muy limpio. La atención es de primera, sus dueños son muy amables. Nos sentimos muy cómodos!!
