"Nice stay at Ordu "

Overall everything was excellent except the location if you travel with children its difficult to walk to the center. The room size the staff, breakfast, swimming pool every thing was nice and makes you would like to stay at the hotel again

"I will stay in Ramada again if I visit Ordu."

The staff was so helpful specially Mr.Alperen and Miss Aynur. They are good in English which is rare in Ordu. The room is well furnished and beds are comfy. A lot of shops is found in the same street.

The air condition stopped working many times as we opened the window and to let it restart working again was not easy. The window is not completely open they told us that it’s related to safety concerns but this was not convenient.

I booked a 30m² room, but upon arrival, I was given a 15m² room that didn’t match the photos. The hotel demanded extra payment to get the room I originally reserved and refused to provide a baby bed. Additionally, the receptionist was very rude. Very disappointing experience.
