Casa Pelayo

The experience was ok. The communication was great and the staff as well. However the apartment was not very clean. The sheets were stained and the pillows were old and not comfortable at all. Also the floor felt like it needed cleaning.

Our stay at Casa Pelayo was fantastic! We stood here for a week in May and it couldn't have been any better. The location was pretty good being close-ish to Viejo San Juan but also close enough to the highway. There's Escambron beach within walking distance too. The check-in process was super easy and the staff made everything a breeze as they let us know about the location, things to do around, and with any additional help we needed. There's a parking lot next to the check-in place that is around the corner from this location. The rooms were super clean and we had no issues with anything during our stay. We also had rooftop access with lounge chairs that were super convenient. I highly recommend for anyone who's looking to stay near San Juan/Old San Juan to book a stay here. Can't say enough good things about it :)

Communication was great east check in and easy check out. The apartment was nice.but the area was not great. Very noisy. Other than that is was nice

Location and customer service at the check in is excellent! We don’t sleep due to noises coming from the rooms upstairs, and the cleaning team needs upgrade!
