Very happy with the central location, staff at check in, dining room and cleaners were all very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable

- location close to town - clean enough

- water pipe noise ran in room 8 most of the night - placed in room jointing pub - thin walls. Can hear live band/music and patrons in beer garden till late on weekend

Room was comfortable and clean

Ordered dinner in dining room & order didn't get submitted so at 9pm on Sunday night we had very little options. Some alternatives offered but weren't suitable for us, staff did not handle situation professionally

The location is excellent.

The bottom sheet was waaaay too small for the bed - it obviously want a fitted sheet, but you couldn’t even tuck it in to keep it on! I slept on the yucky mattress protector for the 2 nights 🙁
