Loved the secludiveness of this property. Although it's an all adult there still happened to be babies, kids and young teens. Nothing to overwhelming BUT they should have another pool for the kids or for JUST ADULTS. The place did have a smell to it but your in a different country so nothing is really going to be A1. They do try to sell you a luxury Vacation (like a Timeshare but it's nowhere near) tip: lest questions and interest you'll be out in 30-90 min! But can take ALL DAY!! Ask for accommodations if presentation takes longer and into your vacation time. Overall it was a nice property!

We stayed in a suite that included a living area. Only pro was the suite was very spacious and kitchenette was well equipped. However, we had significant ants on the couches in the living area. There were dead insects all around the room as well. The cleaning staff only surface-cleaned the room daily. Also, this hotel is not family-friendly at all. Breakfast opens at 8 am and nothing is open for you to even get a coffee or milk for the children. Food options are extremely limited and we are vegetarian so food was scarce. We survived through food delivery via local app called Kraven. Pool area was well maintained and pool staff were pleasant.

The resort was five star all around - from the helpful and friendly staff, to the cleanliness throughout!!

Great place, good food and superb attention. 100% recommended. Beach needs a cleanup, too much seaweed on the sand when you get in the water feels sketchy on the feet.

Returning back for a lovely evening at Oia, being served by the fabulous Bianca again! Great food as always! Bianca is always super friendly! Love it here!

Absolutely loved our stay here. Amazing property and pool and beach

Our stay at Goldwynn Resort was mixed. On the positive side, most of the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. However, there were several areas where the resort did not meet our expectations: We stayed in a room with a kitchenette, which was convenient given the high food prices. Unfortunately, the cleanliness fell short of what you’d expect from a 5-star hotel. Despite repeated requests, the floors remained dirty (our white slippers turned black underneath), and the toilet was not cleaned for days. The sofa bed where our two kids slept was uncomfortable, with noticeable springs — a significant issue for our 11-night stay. Additionally, late one evening around 9:30 PM, we received a call from the call center asking if our room had been cleaned and offering to replace the sofa bed with rollaway beds. Since the kids were asleep, I requested they handle it the next day, but we never heard back. There was also an issue with my son’s Ray-Ban sunglasses, which were left by the pool. When we asked at reception the next day, they hadn’t been handed in, but we later found a pool attendant wearing them. Fortunately, he returned them when we asked. We were also misled by a “free breakfast” offer that turned into a long 3-hour, uncomfortable sales pitch for their luxury vacation club. What was supposed to be a 60-minute presentation stretched out, with the salesperson becoming borderline rude when we declined to spend $5k–$50k. Additionally, we were disturbed by redecorating work in the room next to ours, including what sounded like vacuuming and drilling, during the last days of our stay. Special Mentions: • Italia – a lovely lady at reception • Koreo – fantastic with my kids; they miss your fist bumps! • David – at the excursions desk, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. In summary, while the resort is beautiful, it lacks the staff training needed to deliver a truly outstanding experience.
