The place in very clean and high spec. Very comfortable. Very well equipped. Great location walkable to everything in Bowness.

The apartment we stayed in was beautiful. We loved the decor and the apartment was so clean. The kitchen was well equipped. Onsite parking was a big bonus. It was a short walk to Bowness pier with plenty of shops and places to eat on the way. Excellent communication with the host. We would certainly recommend a stay here. We will certainly be returning.

Beautiful property.

Great place to base yourself, just a short stroll downhill to Bowness-on-Windermere. Plenty of food options nearby. First time in the area and thought it was a great place to base yourself. If you want to leave the car and catch the ferry or boats/buses you can. The property is great although we had some issues with the hot water, eg a cold shower, hence the 4 star review. But the apartment we had, number 1, was awesome, plenty of space, two toilets, modern cooktop, big fridge with freezer and cozy couches. Loved the mood lighting!

The property was lovely with well furnished. Sadly the hot water in the shower wasn’t working despite reporting it after the first day. Cold showers aren’t very nice. When paying top price for accommodation the hot water should a given, essential part of the service. Plus the cleaners were knocking on the door before the allotted 10am check out!!

The apartment is quite spacious and nice. There several drawbacks however. The bathroom is tiny (tiny sink) and really stinks! Needs much much better venting! Paper supplies are not, or barely provided. There were only two sheets on tissue remaining in the tissue box. We had to call, and then were provided another box and one roll of paper towels. There were only two small rolls of toilet paper for two people for two nights stay. We just bought more ourselves from the store rather than deal with calling again! The checkout time is kept quite early at 10am. When we asked for a later checkout we were immediately offered 12pm for another 20 pounds! Quite a racket to make free extra money from the guests!! We will not stay here again.

Had a pleasant 3-night stay, would’ve given it 5 stars had it not been for the uncomfortable double bed. The mattresses are worn and too soft - it appears they are 2 singles put together to make a double. I did contact the number provided to complain and was offered a visit to come and see how it could be resolved. I declined because 1) had a busy day and didn’t have time to wait, not how I want to spend my holiday 2) other than a new mattress, I didn’t see the point. Other than this issue, I would stay again if I were guaranteed a comfortable bed as the location is prime and facilities were very clean.

Great location with parking, place was very luxurious and very clean. Very comfortable. Hot water for shower was hit and miss, could do with some teaspoons! :-)

Great stay, apartment in a great location. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend.
