Caravan - Sleeps 4 - Parking - 10Mins To Beach

Being out of the caravan. Only having to walk at few minutes to the market.

The caravan was in such a disgusting state. The sides were greasy, the bowl in the sink was over flowing with water and a dripping tap, the heater in the bedroom was buzzing so didnt dare risk putting it on. There was another heater but we couldn't use it as it had no feet. The carpet looked as though it hadn't been hoovered. The duvet and pillows smelled dirty and if someone had previously slept under them. There were holes in the walls that had been filled but not painted, also walls were marked and looked dirty. Curtain tie backs were mostly broken, the fire extinguisher was way out of date. I struggled getting the keys out of the box as it was seized. It smelled like damp and myself and my husband were bitten. The bedroom window has a draft coming through it so we froze for the weekend which also didnt help with my hips and my husbands back seizing.. The microwave is partly rusty and we didnt risk using it. The brush to wash the pots was brown and disgusting so we didnt use the plates or mugs either. The drainer was dirty and had some sort of food still in it. The fire extinguisher is mouldy on top with black mould. There was toothpaste splattered up the wall. The mirrors didnt look very nice and stickers put around the outside to try and hide the brown. The bed was lumpy and springs were sticking up. This caravan is not fit for use and not worth the money!!!

Close to all amenities

We were left without any gas so we had got no hot water etc,boiler has got water dripping underneath and I had my 2 Yr old great grandson with me I messaged owner Sat he said it would be sorted but we couldn't get any gas through. I've messaged him since I returned home and got no proper answers.I am very upset with the situation as I needed that break due to nursing my partner through bladder cancer who has recently passed away.The way he is responding I'm not sure I will get my deposit back And his caravan was left clean and tidy.The whole caravan needs a lot of work doing to it .I do not want to see anyone else go through same scenario.Due to no hot water no one could shower until we returned home

The caravan was absolutely disgusting not even fit to be living in ! Where do I start! Sofas in room absolutely wrecked, windows in bedrooms not even closed properly! Toilet broken squirting every where also the owner is holding all toilet pipes up with a slate with all things coming owt from under toilet underneath caravan toilet paper ect urine as you can amagine! No WiFi, old tv double bed knackered! Owtside needs all weeds pulling up! Big sharp bit on table whitch my son scratched his self on! Avoid this place what ever you do we had to go home early half way threw holiday it was so bad! All inside of door was cotton!

The appearance of the caravan from the outside, definitely could do with weeding and the top of the stairs fixing

Great location. The owner is really nice

The hoover was broken the caravan wasn’t clean from the previous people. Very dated wasn’t expecting it to be amazing from the price we paid. Would have been manageable but the main bedroom has a gap in the window (could see the outside) wasn’t aware until woken up poorly due to the freezing cold air getting into the caravan. Stayed in caravans most of my life and know they can get chilly but may as well slept outside.
