The sliding glass door didnt open properly, the floor near the top back patio is breaking, Was a big concern with children, the wifi didnt work the whole time we were there. There was no fire extinguisher to be found on the top floor

The views were stunning and the location is great! Not too far from anything and the neighborhood where this is located is super nice and clean. Place was decorated very nicely.

The bathtub on the main level had issues. When you would drain the water it would flood in to one of the lower level bedrooms. I did call and report it but never received any confirmation from maintenance that this was fixed so we did not use it in fear we would flood the bedroom again. Also, the grill on the upper deck we could not get to work at all. This was electric and we did confirm the outside outlets were working so we believe the issue was with the grill itself. There were no tangible guides for check in/ check out instructions. Also, the gaming room/theatre room is located at the lowest level. There is no internal access to this which is totally fine, we were just not aware that you can only access this from the outside.
