Excellent value. Right across from the shopping centre & a short 10 min walk from the metro station. All staff were friendly & apartment was well equipped & clean

"I now only ever want to stay at Quest apartments."

I've stayed at places that are more expensive "high star ratings" and been ripped off in comparison to Quest Watergardens. The room was incredibly clean, new and well looked after. Having a room with a full kitchen, oven, stove, microwave etc was so good. The location next to the mall for quick walking access to supermarkets to make dinner at the hotel was just so convenient. In general it made me feel so much better through my trip to be able to eat proper food instead of takeaways for a week. Ends up saving tons of money and time from constant restaurant meals as well. Having a small air con unit in the bedroom was also so welcome to be able to cool down from the hot aussie days. Didn't end up using it, but having a washer and dryer in the room was a neat touch as well. Would be so handy for some travellers. Bed was comfy, staff friendly and helpful. Felt like a little home away from home.

Next to a big mall, convenient and service staff were good and helpful. The lobby was clean and offered free drinks. Inside apartment, easy access of what's needed for a service apartment
