No deberían de rentar las habitaciones privadas, no corre el aire para nada, el Colchón está en los puros resortes deberían de cambiarlo ya, las demás habitaciones dobles si valen la pena

Pésima experiencia con el personal de recepción. Desde que llegamos nos dijo que la descripción de la habitación del hostal que habíamos pagado no era la correcta nos tuvo esperando en recepción más de 1 hr y no nos pudo resolver, solicitamos cancelación y es hora que no nos han hecho devolución.

Soy discapacitado y me asignaron una habitación en planta alta muy incómoda, el WC sin lavamanos y espacio muy reducido, cama con con colchón vencido en el área de los pues

Location is great, though property could use some updates and better cleanliness.

This was the worst stay of my entire life. The staff is a representation of the dirtiness of this place. Uneducated and they blamed the guests for everything instead of taking accountability. The cleaning lady is the absolute worst: she blames her own staff for a living instead of cleaning. If I upload the pictures of how dirty and dysfunctional the place was for the first 3 weeks out of the 4 I stayed, the government would’ve shut it down. The cleaning lady loves to throw all the soaps of the customers to the trash even if you forget it in the shower for a couple hours. I hated this place and hope everyone loses their job (again) because every new staff keeps getting worse every time they switch.
