Graphic Hotel Batumi

Отель отличный во всем, а именно: супер месторасположение, отель и номер комфортный, постельное белье и полотенца хорошего качества, душевые принадлежности классные, уборка нормальная (зависити от уборщицы). При заезде приветствие от отеля, а именно 2 бутылочки вина, в предпоследний день выезда из отеля принесли тарелку с фруктами, что было приятными сюрпризами от отеля. Завтрак шведский стол отличный: 2 вида колбас, вкусные сосиски, 2 вида яишницы, рис, молочная каша, баклажаны, 3 вида сыра, творог и сметана обалденные, выпечка с мясом, оливки 3 видов, овощи, фрукты, сладости (печенье, кексы, джемы), чай, кофе. Рекомендую отличный отель Graphic Hotel Batumi и оцениваю на 10. Есть с чем сравнить, так как останавливалась в мае 2025 года в отели Golden Palace Батуми, тоже не плохой отель, но есть минусы в отеля Golden Palace Батуми (так как при заселение небыло номера оплаченой повышеной категории, в номерах очень воняет сигаретами и с завтраками кажое утро сюрпиз (сегодня это меню, а завтра такое меню Вам нельзя, когда начали разбираться, тогда можна), В отели Graphic Hotel Batumi таких минусов нет, все отлично.

Завтраки в отели отличные. Но был ранний выезд и попросили 2 завтрака с собой, разочаровали. С собой дали на 1 человека 2 бокса, из них в первом боксе: 1 вареное яйцо, 2 маленьких тоненьких кусочка колбаски, 3 маленьких кусочка сира, 1 шт масла, 3 куска батона; во втором боксе: 2 джема, 2 маленьких кусочка кекса, 2 печеньки. Ехали на поезде с Батуми до Тбилисси и таким завтраком не будешь сит. На будущее отелю Graphic Hotel Batumi необходимо обратить внимание на завтраки с собой при раннем выезде гостей и давать гостям полноценные завтраки, а именно добавить фрукты, колбаси 5-6 кусочков (так как очень тонко порезанная), можна 2 яйца, а не 1 яйцо, так как в самом отели прекрасные завтраки та изобилее для выбора сытно и вкусно позавтракать. Кроме завтрака с собой в отели все супер, реомендую отель для приятного отдыха.

Место расположения отеля, т.е. локация отличная.Завтраки сытные, персонал вежлиаый, в номере было чисто и уютно.

Хотелось бы пожелать, чтобы в дальнейшем рассматривались варианты для отдыхающих питание ,типа ВСЕ ВКЛЮЧЕНО услуги ТРАНСФЕРА, на выбор отдыхающих

Everything was good overall. I’m taking one point off because I specifically requested a sea-view room and the request was confirmed. Yes, the windows were facing in the direction of the sea, but there was no actual sea view due to nearby buildings; the view was of neighboring windows. But okay 🙂 Other than that, the room was quiet and clean. The beds were comfortable, the balcony was spacious, and the breakfast wasn’t great but acceptable.

One issue worth mentioning: the bathroom door was not properly adjusted. When opening it halfway, the door hits the tile and makes a very loud, unpleasant sound. We had to slightly lift the door each time, and it’s easy to forget about it.

This was our fourth stay at the hotel, and overall everything remains quite consistent. The rooms are spacious, with decent-quality renovations. The area is quiet, and from the upper floors you can even see the sea. This time, we received a New Year’s compliment — a bottle of champagne and a small dessert — which was a lovely touch 😊. The man who delivered it was very kind and polite. We also had a pleasant experience with the man who checked us in: he was friendly and easy to communicate with, although he was not in uniform and I’m not entirely sure whether he officially worked at the hotel.

Unfortunately, the experience with the female staff at the reception was less positive. They were noticeably less welcoming and did not speak English very well, which made communication more difficult. What disappointed us this time was a storm-related issue: water leaked through the windows, creating a large dirty puddle on the floor. Since the room has carpets, we had to live with this puddle for all three days of our stay, and it was hard to walk around it. I reported the issue to the reception, and a cleaner washed the carpet, but it was not dried afterward (and I’m not sure if that was even possible). I understand this was a force majeure situation, but it was still unpleasant. One more thing that could be improved is the breakfast schedule. Breakfast starts at 9 a.m., which feels quite late. Every morning, by 9 a.m. there was already a queue of guests who prefer to wake up early, and it was very inconvenient to have to wait for food. In most hotels, breakfast usually starts at 7 or at least 8 a.m., which would be much more comfortable.
