We are impressed with the exceptional hospitality demonstrated by the team consisting of Suman, Bhavani, Niharika, Anisha, Monika and Sanjay in the C Pavillion restaurant and the housekeeping staff comprising Sandhya and Sushmita and Mangal with his welcoming smile at the gate at Cygnett BL Park. We felt at home with their warmth and high quality culinary skills in the Vaishnav buffet spread. I'd like to specially mention Ms Suman and Mr Kamal for their excellent behavior. Suman deftly handled our F&B requests while efficiently offering us customized Vaishnav food options. Kamal is a very courteous and highly skilled driver. We would highly recommend Cygnett BL Park for those visiting Jaipur and seeking the comfort of a home away from home. Best wishes to the entire team at Cygnett BL Park Jaipur.

Everything is excellent. Specially suman man take care of us. Good behaviour. Good communication. And clean area. Food is also very good.

We had a lovely experience and staff the food the room was excellent mr dilip miss monika and simran and two more person mr Bhawani & karan veer the f&b manager they all are very kind and helpful good attitude with good behaviour and room service was also super dooper hit we highly glad to see uu all we appreciate and recommend your hospitality .in Jaipur there are lots of tourist places like jantr mantr ,hawa Mahal ,chouki dhani, naharaghar fort, citypark we both are very very happy about your hospitality

The staff was extremely unfriendly, and despite booking a club room, there were no common facilities available. Shockingly, the hotel manager even denied us access to the pool. At the rooftop pool, there were no phones or PhonePe service, which made things even more inconvenient. For every small request, we had to come down to the ground floor just to speak with the staff or manager. The manager’s behavior was very rude and unhelpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a very bad experience, and I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Its really pleasent stay.. we stayed there for 2 days. They take care of every need. We will visit again whenever coming to Jaipur again

The Cornett park hotel food is very yammi & testy . Special thanks mr amit Kumar& Vishnu ji front office staff very copretive person . I suggest friends & family this hotel all over is good .......
