Acacia Beach Hotel

Staff was super friendly, room was small but had everything needed, was very clean and even had a hairdryer! It's perfect value for money. Location is great - at the beach side, close to all the restaursnts and coffee shops. Nothing to complain, I will definitely come again and can recommend to everyone. I only learned after staying, that some colleagues (expats and locals) already stayed, resp. regularly stay there as well and are more than happy with the place.

First of all, the staff was very friendly and kind. We were greeted with (much needed on a hot day) complimentary refreshment, we were checked in 3 hours earlier. The room was clean, smelled great and well air conditioned. The bed was really comfartable. It was easy to find the hotel. Their restaurant offers variety of tasty food, honey mustard chicken is a must try! The view from the restaurant was gorgeous. 1 hour of couples massage was relaxing, peaceful and the staff was very kind. Overall a great experience and we would love to come back.

Beach view. On the Main beach Street. Cafes and supermarkets next door. Let me borrow a charging adapter. Called a taxi early in the morning for me.

I booked for 1 person and didn’t let my friend come up to visit. Bed was uneven as it was just 2 single beds pushed together. Not the same size. You are just paying for the view and location. But couldn’t sit on the small balcony.

I am very satisfied with the room service food. I have tried several dishes from the menu, and all the food was delicious. All the staff are very nice and very helpful.

The room size is very small. Poor cleaning. When we request for room cleaning, they only change the bed cover and towel. The floor was not clean, some cockroaches were found. Very uncomfortable bed. The bed was made joined by two single beds. It's not easy to use a room card every time in the elevator. Only one key card was given. prices are not worth it. Poor WiFi connection.

I like that it is near the beach. Good service from the staff. Near to all facilities.

A bit noisy area. I live in the 4th floor and room situated at the back side of the hotel. There were lots of sounds at 5th floor after 11pm. Difficult to sleep If you have an early flight. Difficult to know on how to get to the city by åublic transportation or by taxi?
