There was an awkward decade smell in the house and it was anything else but clean. If we had hat an alternative, we would not have stayed -- not recommandable.

Its location to Listowel

Not enough beds for everyone. Sofa bed is not fit for purpose it is paper thin and the mattress was disgustingly stained. Also when we arrived the house was full of flies and it was very hard to get rid of them.

Clean ,well stocked with most of the basics which is very helpful for anyone arriving late on stay

It is a very cosy cottage. We enjoyed peace and quiet of the location. It is great for the break from busy life. You can sit in the sunroom, sip your coffee, and enjoy the sun or rain or a cloudy sky from dry and comfy inside 😊 Everything u will need is there. We cooked lovely breakfasts using stove and all more modern equipment provided. We watched Netflix and played a bit of music in the evenings. Near by Listowel, where you find bars, restaurants, cafes, and shops. Just 15 euros by taxi for a great night out. We also got to Ballybunion Beach, which is breathtaking and drove to Killarney for an amazing day out. Our 2 dogs were happy there, after they figured out the glass door to the back garden 🤣 very warm and welcoming place. It was lovely to deal with Maggie. Many thanks and we will definitely come back

The delivery from Chinese took 2 hours 🤣 so brace yourself and order early!
