Walk to a beautiful beach

It was fabulous! The view was breathtaking and the swimming was great. Sunset strolling on the cost. The cottage was so nice. AC was appreciated it was 30+. Cottage had everything! Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The location was fantastic. A quick walk to a beautiful beach and close to all of the charm to be found in cavendish. This was a great home base for us as we explored the island!

Great, quiet place to stay close to cavendish!

Great location and was spotless. Lots of room and loved that it has two bathrooms.

Patio door didn’t have a screen. Would have been nice to keep it open for the breeze. Also patio door blinds did not give complete privacy. Missing some of the panels. No tank on bbq.

It’s good

the cottage is lovely, well kept and super clean. the owner is very nice. the beach is pretty private and only a short walking distance away. they are a short drive away from everything in Cavendish (4 minute drive to Sandspit, golf course, Avonlea village)

it comes down to really simple things, like the lack of paper towels and/or napkins. the shower drain was clear, but water didn't drain, so the tubs got dirty with sand quickly, which made bath time with a toddler slightly more difficult. there's also a loose wire on the side of the house that knocks in the wind. kind of makes it sound like someone is knocking on the wall all night. but in all honesty, these are small things, we had a really lovely time.

Really enjoyed our stay. Would happily stay again.
