very disappointed in the cabin. The mattress had a dent in the middle. There were no chairs inside or out. Nowhere in bathroom to hang towels or clothing. very minimum

Staff was nice, and the whole place was just amazing. I will definitely be back here

Some noise from the highway.

We were just here for my husbands birthday and the vibes and energy was great the first time around. We were both pumped that we'd found this place so close to Beckley but gave us Vaca feel our pup was welcomed with open arms. This time around from the time we got out the car to check I till we left we felt tension and a very unwelcoming impression.

There was a lady who was being kicked out with her grandchildren and dog when we pulled in which ok if they were causing trouble I get it. But I booked with booking the exact same way I did last time and it was almost 100 more this mth than last mth and the girl still charged me a pet fee on top of the 330 I'd already paid. On top of that no one could tell me if I'd paid a pet fee through booking yet they still charged me another anyway. There were dirty dishes in the dish drainer and no salt no sugar and the jetted tub was dirty had to clean B4 using. My husband was so appalled and irritated he hardly went outside only to sit on porch. You should have kept Trey as your maintenance guy he was what made the energy around there. He made everyone feel welcomed and none of your people did that this time around. Goes to show how certain people and one mth makes a difference in your company. Y'all may wanna rethink your crew!!!

The girl at the front desk was very sweet. She answered all of our questions and took all the time we needed. There was a nice pool, small pond and two playgrounds great for kids. There was also a neat putt putt area.. we didn’t get the chance to try it though. The room/cabin was very nice and clean. We rented one with a shared bathroom and laundry area.. also all very clean. We were impressed and will be back.

I had a very comfortable stay, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and it’s close to the town of Princeton for shopping and restaurants.

The accommodations were clean and well appointed. Comfortable.
