Muse Alaçatı

The hotel is new, very clean, well designed and cozy. It is a family business, they were super helpful, very kind and pleasant in every conversation. We loved the breakfast (especially muhammara, the sun-dried tomatoes and olives) and the guy serving it every morning (not sure of his name) was very professional yet friendly. He was so attentive to detail and he reflected this in how and what he was bringing to breakfast every morning as well as how our room was maintained. At times, the internet connection was lost but each time it happened they were very helpful (I needed to have some meetings from work).

No major concerns, however, it was the end of season and we were the only guests. They started packing the hotel (probably preparing to close for winter) while we were still there which was a little bit unpleasant, yet we understand why. Some days, hot water was getting colder quickly if you shower later in the evening.

Die Hotel mitarbeiter vorallem die 2 jungen Herren wahren sehr sehr freundlich, sympathisch und immer stehts hilfsbereit. Werde auf jedenfalls bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt in Alacati wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

We loved our stay in the Muse Hotel. The stuff was really nice and the breakfast was amazing! It was perfectly located and we had such a great time staying at this hotel ☺️.

Very clean hotel with friendly staff who were service-minded. The location is great, since you can walk to the city centre in 7-9 minutes.

The wifi could be improved, since I had to log in everytime I rearrived to the hotel.

Very good staff, the owner is very helpful. Very good location, you reach the main alacati area in 9-10 mins walk. Lovely clean space, good rooms.

Size of the rooms are small. No intercom in the rooms, no kettle in the rooms. Bed is too low, like its a ground bed.

Muse Hotel is run by a family. All the staff is very friendly and attentive. We felt like we were at home. We were welcomed with turkish tea / coffee and water. The whole complex is very harmoniously decorated and very clean. The hotel owner Mustafa and his team are very helpful at all times. We will definitely choose this hotel again.
