The owners behavior & treatment - cold, rude, made us feel uncomfortable, very badly portraying Turkish hospitality Pool - super small and tight area, not enough sun-bed, struggling to find a space to enjoy the pool and sun, super slow musics which makes the day more depressing

Horrible hospitality. Had much higher expectations from the hotel based on the photos and reviews, but was deeply disappointed. There was a list of “not allowed” things that made us uncomfortable and ruined the quality of our trip. We did not feel welcome by the owners of the hotel, and their treatment was quite unpleasant. The rooms and the hotel’s decor are nice, but that’s about it. Wouldn’t recommend Muse if you’re coming with a group of friends to have fun.

We visited Muse Alaçatı in August, hoping for a relaxing day, but unfortunately, we couldn’t fully enjoy our time there. Despite arriving with expectations of comfort and service, there were no available sunbeds, which was very frustrating. There is 17 rooms but only 10 sunbed around the pool. For a place that presents itself as high-end, not being able to accommodate guests properly is disappointing. We left feeling let down, and sadly, this experience did not live up to the hype. I’d recommend checking ahead or considering other options if you're looking for a stress-free visit.

Es hat jeden Tag das gleiche Frühstück gegeben, dies wurde einem einfach gebracht. Auf Wunsch etwas anderes zu bekommen reagierte das Personal eher unflexibel. Man musste immer um alles bitten. (Badetücher für den Pool, Frühstück,…)

We just spent three nights at the Muse Alaçatı Hotel. The hotel is really nice and the service is too. The room was very clean. We were close to the center of Alacati (10 minutes walking). The pool is beautiful! As the entire hotel, tastefully decorated. We were sad to leave! Many thanks again for the warm welcome.
