Ahiyan Hotel

The room is very quiet, comfortable and around 40sq.m. ; by the window the castle, even from the private jacuzzi! Welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Best food we had for breakfast for our whole trip in Turkey, and it is served on a terrasse with terrific view ! Above this, also the best location to stay in Cappadocia because the village is the prettiest, even without considering the castle that offers the best sunset panorama in the region.

Nothing, sincerely everything was perfect. Feeling lucky to book this room :)

The hotel is new and very nice, the location is outside the main area (which is what we wanted) and the owner as well as the whole team was absolutely wonderful. Mehmet offered his help even prior to our arrival and he took such good care of us - thank you!

It is super close to main sightseeings in Uçhisar and also to Göreme. The staff is beyond being friendly and helpful. The room and other facilities were also clean. The best part is having a nice Turkish breakfast on the terrace with Uçhisar castle view. Definitely recommended!

Wifi was a little weak some days but not always and there was a smell coming out of the pipes in the bathroom. It was fine after closing the door but still unpleasant.

The room and shower are very spacious and modern The staff are helpful with any tours or transport you require. The terrace is nice for breakfast.

The hotel looks and feels fresh and new, the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. The room is huge, so is the bathroom. I really appreciated that the AC is not located over the beds, like in 99% of hotels. I also liked that they provided shower gel, shampoo AND conditioner - again, something most hotels don’t do. One night the AC started glitching, and they fixed it in 5 minutes. It’s located in a quiet street about 5 minute walk to the Uchisar Castle. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

This is a minor thing that had no effect on our impression but it would be great if each guest could enjoy a full-sized omelette at breakfast instead of splitting it.

Very beautiful, clean and good located hotel. Everything was perfect prepared for our stay staff is very professional and communication was excellent.

The only thing we didn’t like was that we heart our neighbors and kids entered our room’s garden so we didn’t feel fully private.

Nice little hotel near the center of Üçhisar. Spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. No private parking, but there was sufficient parking space around the hotel.

Beds were quite hard (I like a hard mattress, but this was a challenge even for me). New hotel, but already some issues with plumbing, and room/bathrooms doors not closing very well. Same issues occurred in both rooms we've booked (Yes I know; it's very hard to get skilled constructors in Türkiye). Some rude Asian guests, who find it quite normal to watch TV in the breakfast room on their tablets with maximum volume. (3 different channels, on 3 devices!)
