Sehr nettes Personal und schöne Poolanlage. Frühstück sehr lecker und sehr gute Lage.

Das Zimmer war nicht so sauber, wie wir es uns gewünscht hätten.

An excellent choice at breakfast.

The location was good for the travertines. The staff were friendly and nice.

It just didn’t feel very clean. The toilet was stained and the shower was not clean. The tap on the sink was broken. It made us not want to use the bathroom. The floors weren’t particularly clean. There is no lift and we were given a room on the top floor and we had quite a few heavy suitcases so this wasn’t ideal.

De bedden waren erg hard .

Die fantastische Lage. Das superfreundliche Personal. Die Angestellten waren sehr zuvorkommend. Es wurde sogar extra die Wasserrutsche aktiviert, damit unser Kind rutschen konnte. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Beim Frühstück könnte es mir Auswahl geben. Die Zimmer waren sehr einfach und die Betten sehr hart.

The staff was exceptional. We had an accident and they helped us navigate medical care and translation easily. They were very kind and professional.
