"Our €150 deposit was never returned due to a false accusation of hosting a party, despite there being no noise, no distu"

We were extremely disappointed with our stay at this hotel. Upon check-in, we paid a €150 security deposit, which was supposed to be refunded after our departure. However, the deposit was never returned, and we received no notification, explanation, email, or any form of communication regarding this decision. We later learned that the hotel assumed we had hosted a party. This accusation is completely unfounded. It was my birthday, and my friends simply surprised me with a few balloons in the hallway to congratulate me. There was no party, no loud music, no disturbance, and everyone went to bed shortly afterward. What is most concerning is the complete lack of transparency and professionalism. The hotel never contacted us to discuss any concerns, provide evidence, or explain why our deposit was withheld. The money was simply kept without proper justification. This experience felt dishonest and highly unprofessional. Guests deserve clear communication and fair treatment, especially when it comes to security deposits. I would not recommend staying here and encourage future guests to be very cautious, as you may risk losing your deposit without any clear explanation.
