The apartment is just as shown in the pictures. Spacious and clean and with a great terrace

Location near the beach and resort centre was good. Owners responded very quickly to any questions, both before arrival and whilst we were there. Excellent air conditioning.

Finding the accommodation was very difficult. There should have been more instructions as to how to find the property and not just the address. However, we have been in contact with Phaedrus and they will be amending their check in instructions.

Modern, clean flat at very good location. Very good contact with support.

Liked location, modern recently renovated apartment with good sized rooms. Private on site parking, although, the remote for the barrier was not advised beforehand and we had to call the agent for it and it arrived 10minutes later.

A few minor things such as no tea towel, corkscrew unusable, wardrobe hinges in the front room 1/2 coming apart. Patio door handle screws missing which made it difficult to lock/unlock. I hooks or rails in the bathroom to hang up bath towels. TV volume fixed at “19”, irritating and too loud. We understand the need ti respect neighbours and keep noise down, it would have been helpful to be able to turn TV volume down!!

Spacious and well decorated/equipped apartment. Perfect for 3+ travelers. Very close to the beach which was its greatest plus.

Very close proximity of the neighbors as we could hear everything they were doing/talking about - so there's also poor soundproofing but the worst thing was the vile smell coming from outside (sewers). The apartment itself could have been cleaned better - we found few long dark hair on the floor and the bedside tables.

Great location and plenty of storage and just generally space in the apartment.

We could’ve done with a few more bin bags.

The quality of the apartment was fantastic. Newly renovated with all modern conveniences at hand. Two spacious double bedrooms with a generous open plan living and kitchen area made the apartment feel roomy and cozy. The outdoor terrace is huge but also quiet. The apartment is set back in a private residential area which is away from any major roads, which gives it a feeling of privacy too. The host responded to any messages within a matter of minutes, both prior and during our stay.

Nothing to fault this apartment overall, however extra towels and an iron would be ideal. The apartment did provide a very good clothes steamer which was sufficient for our stay.

The apartment seems to be very new or recently renovated and we were pleasantly surprised with items to make our stay more comfortable (good window blinds, smart TV, fast internet connection, washing machine, cooking utensils). We especialy enjoyed having breakfast on the large terrace (facing north-northeast). The location is very good, close to the sea promenade, only 1 km from Kato Paphos.

The bathroom gets a lot of condensation despite having the window open most of the time, and could get some hypochlorite treatment - but this was only a minor thing and perhaps caused by the time of the year.

Phaedrus Living was surprisingly cozy and their sweet balcony gave a perfect opportunity to enjoy coffee and sunshine ☀ the host was incredible, very quick reply and always available if needed! Also full equipped kitchen made it easy to cook our own wonderful meals! Everything in the apartment was functioning as it should and the place was amazing , I wish I could live there!!! :)
