St Pauls Rd - Townhouse Accommodation

The house was clean and tidy with everything we required for our short stay. It was located only a short walk from the Main Street with a good selection of cafes and bars. We would stay again

Location was ok

Wasn't clean, smell, very tired furniture, mouldy shower, bad smelly stained mattress,s. Complained and was offered refund. When I chased payment of said refund was advised there was a technical problem with the payment. When chased again I was told the refund has been withdrawn. Lie after lie.

We had a fantastic stay, the property was ideal for our requirements and perfectly located close to the village. It looks as though its been recently renovated and the house was clean and tidy.

The kitchen was well equipped. The shower was powerful.

Cutlery and crockery in the cupboards were dirty upon arrival. The property stank of damp, which was not helped by the presents of wet washing in the washing machine upon our arrival. The beds were lumpy, and you could feel the springs digging in, which made for a very poor nights sleep. The filth between the sofa cushion reflected the lack of attention to detail that was given to the cleaning throughout the flat.

The steep stairs down, no oven, having to have the lights on all the time we were in the flat, the decrepit state of the entrance and what patio that was mentioned in description, non existent.Worse accommodation I have stayed in. I did email you pictures of this flat and the conditions of the entrance. Shower room not big enough had to stand in shower to open the door. Basin in toilet inadequate no mirror there.

Location and ease of access. Very comfortable and clean.

Unfortunately, there was a problem with the heating when I arrived, but it was easily fixed and the hosts were apologetic and helpful.

Nice spacious couch. Fully equipped and stocked kitchen. Fantastic shower. Private parking. Host was responsive to our needs. ASDA supercentre and Shipley square shops were one block away. Short walk to main bus area and Shipley train station.
