Toilet issues in the middle of the night. The toilet was not working. It would not flush during the midnight hour. Had to try to fix it because maintenance was not available until morning. Other options was to come to the restroom lobby area. It was such an inconvenience & hard to sleep afterwards.

A good variety

When i asked team lead to clean table, i was laughed at, and the two acted like the no speak English. Staff eating in breakfast area at 9:05. All house keeping was speaking Spanish throughout the hall, not acknowledging guest.

Location and ease of travel to the beach. The accessibility shower and bathroom were great.

The cost of the stay was not anywhere near what booking.com showed, if I would have known that they were tacking on over a hundred over what the website showed, due to parking and "incedentals" I would have booked a better hotel with a nicer pool for the kids!

Great place. I would call the hotel regarding room location. Our room was 436. The room and bathroom together was small and had a pipe holding 4 hangers for a closet. When I opened the curtains my view was of the exterior of the building. Paying ~ $300 and the Hilton name I expected the same type of experience I've had previously at a Hilton property.

I liked the location. Buffet was ok..

They had promised to call me when my 2 rooms were ready. I also called to make sure both rooms were close together.. but was not. Pillows were terrible. Bed etc was good. Not my first time. Not many handicap parking.

Paid for an ocean view room and got a view of the ER next door, not the ocean. We told the staff and they did nothing to accommodate. We were not told about parking fees of $20.00 per night. Pillows were awful. Tow truck staged in the parking lot to take vehicles without hotel permits. Slow elevators and too many dogs in the hotel. No cleaning service and towels were not replaced. No ice bucket or microwave in room.
