Super clean, great lobby area, good breakfast

The pool table on the bar needs to get level

We booked five nights at the TRU Hilton in Galveston Texas. Little did we know that the rooms were tiny no closets no refrigerators no microwaves no place to put your suitcases. I asked for a new room and said they were booked. Customer service was terrible when I checked out in the morning and asked for a refund They gave me a huge runaround it's been 3 weeks and I still have no refund hours on the phone with corporate Hilton still nothing My wife and I checked into the Hilton resort just down the street much better but still very disappointing would not recommend for long stays more than one night.
