The Royal Bliss Barbados

Although we only stayed 4 nights, we soon realized what a great location this little gem hotel has. Walking distance to the SL Gap, other dining spots, 2 grocery stores, pharmacy, banks, bus & taxi routes, etc. The rooms are different sizes but all seem to have a fridge, microwave, toaster-oven or more. And the owners Karen & Andre are wonderful. They gave us tips for using the "reggae" bus and contacted local taxis for us when we needed one, including when we wanted to tour the island. All in all, a great place to stay!

Wow wow wow! Do not hesitate to book your stay at the Royal Bliss. Firstly, I can’t say enough about the incredible hosts, Karen & Andre. They made us feel like we were at home, they were welcoming, always on hand to assist with anything you need. Incredible location, right on the beach (Worthing beach is beautiful!) with many restaurants and bars within walking distance. We stayed in a beautiful studio suite (newly renovated) with all amenities provided including a fully stocked kitchen. The bed was a huge king size bed with an incredible mattress, you will sleep like a baby!! Beautiful and well sized bathroom with a huge shower! Socialising with other guests during the day/night in the social areas was also lovely (many of them returning visitors to the Royal Bliss). Thank you Karen and Andre for an unforgettable experience. Look forward to my next stay.

This place was a great find!! The previous reviews were bang on! Karen & Andre are top notch hosts, down to earth, approachable and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and alwsys engaged the guests in conversations. The place is idealy located close to everything. Easy public transport and walking distance to restaurants, bakeries, groceries and beaches. You won't be disappointed. We will be returning next year. Thank you Karen & Andre!!

The Royal Bliss did not only meet my expectations, but exceeded them! The property and room were clean and well maintained. Lots of eateries and a grocery store nearby in a very walkable and safe area. Close to the bus stop and ZR pickup areas. Ample beach chairs, towels, pool noodles, bougie boards, snorkeling gears, and sunscreen to set you up for the perfect beach day. The property owners, Karen and Andre, made what was a great trip, SUPERB!! They were gracious and welcoming from the moment we checked in and frequently checked in with us and provided various recommendations and assistance throughout our stay! She even secured birthday dinners reservations for us, with little to no notice, at 2 popular restaurants, which usually books far in advance and went as far to inform the restaurant of my birthday celebration, which was such a thoughtful touch! Plan on returning again soon!

We had a lovely 3 nights at Royal Bliss & wish we could have stayed longer! The owners & everyone who works here are so friendly & helpful. We arrived at sunset, they took our bags & took us straight to the terrace so we could sit there and watch - when I walked out onto the terrace the view took my breath away! An amazing way to start the trip with a cold banks. This was our third time in Barbados & in terms of location I think this has been my favourite spot. Beach right in front for sunbathing & swimming (also very well equipped providing towels, clips & lotion each day), beach bars either side, supermarkets nearby and easy access to st Lawrence gap, Oistins, Hastings etc. The room is a good size & had everything you need. If we come back to Barbados we shall definitely be booking a room on the beach front at royal bliss!

We stayed at the Royal Bliss hotel in Jan for 1 week. We had a great time. Andre and Karen were there to greet us and showed us around the property. The rooms and property have been recently renovated so everything was clean and modern. The beds were very comfortable and we had the best sleep. When asked, they made recommendations for tours and restaurants and offered to book for us. The hotel is right on the beach and there are plenty of loungers and towels. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely owners, very comfortable room. Their beautiful location was ideal for swimming and relaxing. Would have liked a bit more help finding breakfast on our first day. Local bars were a bit noisy at the weekend.

Perfect stay! Can't wait to return.

Owners are amazing friendly helpful, boutique hotel right on ocean, swimming beach to left and right of property, restaurant on either side but respectable noise level, hotel is very clean. Would not hesitate to stay again.

We had the best stay at Royal Bliss, the hotel is absolutely beautiful and is situated right on the beach and walking distance from St Laurence Gap and all the restaurants and shops there. Room was clean and spacious. The hotel owners are lovely and go above and beyond to ensure you have a great stay and the hospitality is wonderful. We hope to visit again one day soon!
