Le personnel était serviable et accueillant. L’emplacement de l’établissement était également très pratique. La chambre était propre, tout comme la salle de bain, ce qui a rendu le séjour agréable.

Le petit-déjeuner n’était vraiment pas à la hauteur. Il faut choisir parmi quelques formules comprenant un plat et une boisson, ce qui reste très limité. J’ai trouvé l’ensemble assez léger et peu copieux.

Ho prenotato questa struttura, che si presentava con un’offerta incredibile su Booking. Mi hanno inviato un messaggio su questa piattaforma, che io non ho letto perché era 24 ore prima del mio arrivo. Nonostante io non abbia risposto, nessuno si è preoccupato di contattarmi tramite whatsapp per riferirmi che il prezzo era 4 volte quello riportato sul sito (mi sembrava fosse un buon motivo per contattarmi tramite canali più comodi). Sono dovuta arrivare fin lì per scoprire questa cosa, nonostante il disagio sia stato creato da loro non hanno offerto un minimo sconto o una colazione inclusa. Insomma, la stanza era comunque a buon prezzo, ma si tratta di principio: alcune volte basta veramente poco! :) sicuramente un servizio poco professionale, soprattutto con un disguido e una differenza di prezzo così importante. Non tornerei, non mi è mai capitata una cosa così. Inoltre la serratura della mia camera non si chiudeva a chiave. Le lenzuola avevano delle macchie e l’insonorizzazione delle camere è pressoché assente, mi sembrava di avere i vicini di stanza in camera con me.

The swimming pool is really nice, the room was really spacious and full of natural light.

The room had a bad odor coming from the drainage system. The toilet was covered in limescale, which could easily be removed with proper cleaning products, but it gave the bathroom a poorly maintained feeling. The shower drain was clogged, causing water to flood the bathroom floor. We informed the staff, but nobody came to check or fix the issue during our stay. The receptionists were also constantly trying to sell extra services, which became a bit tiring after a while.

Beautiful, modern and almost luxurious property. The room was clean, had good AC, a small balcony with a great view. The pool area is really aesthetic and nice to relax. The location is great, far from the noise of the touristic areas but still close to the old town. For this money, hard to imagine something better. Also, the receptionist helped us rent a motorbike and gave some really nice tips for other activities.

The breakfast was very small and not the best quality. The hotel doesn't accept credit cards, only cash.

The ambiance of the hotel is homey and relaxing. The receptionist is very nice and accommodating. She even gave us information about Hoi An and the tourist spots that we should visit. The room is spacious for a group of 3 and the bathroom is huge :) The breakfast is delicious as well as the drinks. They offer car services, bike rental for a very cheap rate.

Nothing to complain about. The location is outside the ancient town which is not really an issue. Grab is cheap as well as bike rental.
