The location, and they other guest.

1st, there was only 1 elevator that worked. Ne, t the beds in the bedrooms kept breaking down. The room had roaches, and no, I didn't bring them with us because we don't have them. You should really let your customers know that the place is under construction. I texted the host, and they couldn't help with none of the problems. I really feel that I should get a percentage off my stay. We did stay, but I had to go buy so.me bug spray and had to try to fix the beds ourselves. Which would fall in the night. So no, I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there. I do see potential of what could be.

Spacious

Planks under bed kept coming down. No TV in bedroom. No trash pick up and unfortunately we saw small roaches.

Great location, directly on the Boardwalk. Walkable distance to everything. Big apartment, 3 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, full kitchen. Great staff at Showboat, very helpful with any enquiries.

Apartment was located in the residential area of Showboat. The corridors, general feel of this part of the hotel was a little run down, corridors in the residential area were dirty. Apartment was clean overall, but there was a lot of wear and tear.

This experience was horrible. We paid a large amount of money and the place was filthy and very messy. The communication was even worse. Different phone numbers kept reaching out about photo ID for security, but when we sent it to one number another number would say the same thing. Even after we were in the condo. The photos didnt match what we were given. It was almost like the place was stripped of everything. No blankets, or anything. We took photos of how bad it was.
