The property manager’s communication. Check in could not be done without charging extra 300$ as security and the house rules could only be visible after the security deposit. There are many things that disappointed us about the property. Hence we would neither return nor recommend to our friends. When I texted the property manager for Car Park issue as someone had parked in front of the garage door, we got No reply. He didn’t even bother to ask us later if it waa sorted or not. but when I asked about an hour late check out. He immediately sent me the reply. Rather, I wish to make a formal report about the house rules.

Convenient location.

Sofa in sitting room very uncomfortable, springs nearly through! Every tap needs attention, they all move, and in the loo, this means you get soaked! The dryer works well but causes a huge amount of condensation in the utility area. Would have opened all windows if I had known. Walls are also very thin, and neighbours can be heard. They are not deal breaking issues, but they need addressing.

The place was good and the view was awesome! Feels homey.

The couch and the bed. Didn’t really have a good sleep. Springs from the mattress were squeaking everytime we move. Felt itchy with the sheets.

this was an excellent apartment with a great view over Queenstown! it had a fabulous outdoor area with bbq and outdoor setting which was excellent for a family.

the walk from town was very steep but we got used to it!

Great location and view. Walk into city centre although if you're not fit or have mobility issues this property is up a rather steep hill.

Very strong cooking odours when you entered the property. Ended up having to purchase room sprays to make it bearable. The most uncomfortable couch that I have ever encountered and also the bed in the front room with the view is uncomfortable. Beds most definitely need updating. Overall the whole property needs to be updated as is presented as a bit run down. Also had a problem with using the TV on normal channels ie: 1, 2 and 3. (could not get them) and was unable to get any support from host. So ended up only being able to use You Tube etc.

The viewing from balcony, living room, and bedroom 👌 Welcome message Location easy into town. Electric blanket in the bed, made me comfortable and slept very well Felt like home from home Can't wait to come back next year.

Great view but it is on a very steep hill so we used taxis. Lots of rules for cleaning etc otherwise extra fees are charged.
