La vista de mi habitación estaba espectacular.

No me gustó que no hay política de prohibición de humo de tabaco y cigarrillo. Las personas fuman en el restaurante al lado de los no fumadores. Hay mucho ruido en las noches que retumba en la habitación,pero el ruido es por el hotel vecino.

Location, close to restaurants and night life.

Great location – you wake up in the morning and you're right on the beach. Helpful staff, clean rooms. Good and varied breakfasts.

The staff are friendly and helpful; they let me to check in early at 9 a.m. at no extra cost. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast is good, with many options on the menu. As for the location, it’s beachfront - what we booked and paid for.

1. Noise. This was a major issue for me. I booked 5 nights well in advance, but they gave me a room right next to the restaurant. The first night was terrible — people were talking loudly until after 11 p.m., and early in the morning, before 7 a.m., staff started working in the restaurant with lots of noise from dishes and other activities, as well as noise from some kind of repair work. This happened repeatedly throughout all 5 nights of my stay. Imagine coming for a vacation and being unable to rest at all. Furthermore, because my room was next to the restaurant, even though it had a balcony, I couldn’t open the door; otherwise, the smell of food from the restaurant would enter the room, which was awful. So before making a reservation, make sure to check these issues, or you may end up ruining your vacation. 2. On the last day, I had a very bad experience with the restaurant staff. The hotel gave me breakfast tickets with specific dates printed on each one. Since the tickets were not in order, I simply picked one each day and handed it to the restaurant. It turned out that some of the tickets had the wrong dates, and on the last day my ticket also showed the wrong date. The restaurant staff told me I could not have breakfast with a ticket showing the wrong date. Even though I asked them to check with the hotel reception, they refused and did not allow me to eat. Eventually, the hotel staff came (the hotel staff was not available 24/24) and resolved the problem, but it was an unexpected and unpleasant experience that I did not expect to have.

Pokoj byl útulný, terasa prostorná a brzy byl klid od venkovního hluku. Snídaně byli výborné.

Bohužel je na nejhorším úseku pláže, kde se absolutně nikdo nestará o velké množství řas. Je to naše chyba, že jsme se dopředu nepodívali na satelitní mapu, kde je to hned vidět. Také to byl první hotel v této zemi, kde nám neprovedli úklid. To se nám nikde nestalo.

Es un lugar maravilloso, los dominicanos son demasiado amables y serviciales, no me sentí fuera de mi país volvería siempre. Enamorada de Villa Blanca y de RD.
