Stanley Apartments

It was a reasonable sized apartment for what we paid. Had the facilities needed for the night.

We used the pull out sofa and there was hair all over the mattress. The soap in the shower was just hand soap or at least smelt like it.

Great stay close to where we wanted to be

Kitchen was well presented, beds were comfortable, good location, super clean

Heatpumps was difficult to use, tv was slow to load, could do with a sofa for comfy lounging around in evening time

Great clean venue close to Claudlands

Didn't like having to travel half-way across Hamilton to get the key - they could have used a lock box system which would have been better.

Quick, no nonsense check in. Property was exactly what my little Family and I were after. Shower is a little small but other than that, Excellent!

Very clean and tidy

The check in staff were very nice.

Check in is across town which is really annoying in the traffic. Having to pay a bond made us feel untrustworthy like we were going to wreck the place. Large footprint stains on the carpet in the as you walk into the property. The heat pump stunk when we turned it on so I cleaned the filters myself which helped a bit. The bathroom door has large gaps around it so if you are in the shower and people are in the kitchen they can see you easily. Could do with a couch in the living room instead of another bed as no where for 2 people to really sit to watch TV (let alone 3 or 4 if rooms were full) as there was only 2 chairs and nowhere to move the second one as it was under the tv and the bed was in the way.

Very good unit, shame I had to go all the way inho the city to pick up key. Possibly lock bixes may be yhe solution
