Friendly staff, excellent location,the kitchen stovetop

I liked everything, everything was great

Close to Claudelands Really well priced Clean and updated

The bed was comfortable, but nothing else met our expectations

We were forced to vacate accommodation at 4:30am due to other guests attitude who turned on loud music at 3:45am, having party. The noise woke us up, and the entire building was shaking from the music and shouting. There was no reception in place and no one to assist us. There is no security of any kind. I believe any costs associated with our disrupted stay should be passed on to the guests staying in the unit above us, adjacent to the car porch, who caused the disturbance. It is extremely disappointing that there appears to be no control in place to prevent guests from disturbing others in this way.

Set up and space crisp clean bedding lovely big beds and very tidy 😊
