Das Zimmer war wirklich schön ruhig, obwohl es in der Stadt laut war. Tiefgarage erspart Parkplatzsuche, genial.

Бронировал номер, ещё даже не приехав во Франкфурт. Оказалось, что персонал отеля работает до 23-00. Я написал сообщение, что могу приехать только в 23-45. Мне перезвонили и объяснили, что ключ-карта будет в специальном ящике на входе (и сообщили код).Также сказали, что оплата по карте почему-то не прошла. Я предложил оплатить наличными. Поскольку у меня был ранний выезд, мне предложили оставить оплату в номере. Я так и сделал! Прекрасный персонал, контактный, коммуникабельный, исполнительный!!!
