"Perfection"

We were lucky enough to get a free upgrade to an even better room. Facilities were amazing and loved the breakfast being brought to you. The pool is the icing on the cake.

Lovely staff, Iro the manager was very informative, they even drove us to the local shops in their personal cars! Breakfast served to your terrace every morning, good selection. Easy to get to other places from here - we used Uber a lot it’s flat rate of €36 to pretty much anywhere on island

We had the most amazing stay at Serapias Suites. Absolutely beautiful with the most breathtaking view. Very close to the local town of Pyrgos with many bars and restaurants offering great food with great prices. The staff at Serapias Suites were so helpful and made our stay unforgettable. They were always available via WhatsApp for any questions we had. The breakfast was so fresh and delicious with a great variety to choose from. Thank you so so much to all the staff at Serapias Suites for the most unforgettable experience.

"My travel was ruined by the hotel and its car rental partner."

No. The worst experience I have ever encountered

1. The suit is just next to the road, very loud even in the night. Cars, motors and ATVs drive by day and night. Be careful if quietness is important to you. 2. No good view at all. I can only see the road from the suite. Total different from the photos the hotel put on booking. 3. The bathtub is clogged. Water just not goes. 4. Be careful if the hotel market you to help rent a car. Rented a car via the hotel, confirmed me in WhatsApp a car with a full covered insurance would cost EUR 160, ended up with EUR 440 and was educated by the hotel to „admit the mistake as an adult“. The car rental company is „Rent me Love me“.
