Very helpful and warming hearted staff

They were not so flexible when I requested a refund for 2 days as my wife fell sick and we couldn’t stay there for more than one day. In the end we paid for 4 but stayed one night

"The insides of the residence is good, but will avoid coming to the Town again."

The apartment was clean and had sufficient facilities. Its a good mix of what an hotel-cum-residence provides, which seems to be the selling point. The sunroofs are excellent. I have to admire this. The issue is it is surrounded completely by large apartment complexes.

The check-in and check-out time is incredibly strict. I had to use a Taxi which costs me 47 EUR, just because the check-in time was exceeding. This is extremely sad. The overall environment is not very friendly to Indians at all. I would have expected a bit more understanding staff and regulations from this point of view. The environment outside looked a bit shady to me. It is surrounded by large, crowded apartments.

kind and professional staff. Rooms are big enough, equipped with everything needed. Beds are very comfortable. Bathroom is large and nice.

It is a bit odd to have windows on the roof, but you get used to it after sometime. In the contrary rooms always receive good light. TV had only Italian channels and no possibility for Netflix, Prime or other platforms. This was a bit annoying.

I would like to give this wonderful place a 10+ Clean and spacious, clean apartment with all modern amenities, at a good location. Great value for money and welcoming staff/owners. Highly recommended
